SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES

Our return policy is simple...item must in original condition with all tags attached...we will reimburse you the full amount (shipping not included), or you can exchange it for another item of less or equal value and we will reimburse you for the difference.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase (for whatever reason)
just contact us at justgratefuldead@aol.com and we will start the exchange/return process
(we can not/will not exchange/return any items that were purchased  in our "unmentionable" department)

JUST THE GRATEFUL DEAD'S shipping and handling charges are very reasonable
     *shipping charges are based on the value of your order and it's destination
     *we charge the minimum amounts for handling (tape, boxes, bubble wrop, etc...)

We have always had good experiences with USPS,  not only do we  find them to be cost effective, they are also very reliable.

However, if you would prefer we use a different shipping method for your order, please
contact us ( justgratefuldead@aol.com ), and we'll arrange a different shipping method for you.
